  • Drove strategic internal communications across Technology, Business, Launches, Policy, Mental Health & Wellness, Diversity & Inclusion, Change management, Crisis management, and Security

  • Planned and managed a regular cadence of in-person and virtual events including Weekly All Hands hosted by the CEO, Quarterly Strategy All Hands, Fireside Chats with external guests, and an Annual Global Summit (6K attendees)

  • Collaborated across Engineering, Product Management, Design, HR, Marketing, PR, Policy, Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Strategy, and Operations

  • Developed strategic messaging for the CEO to internal audiences, board members, and external partners; focus included working closely with leadership to articulate, announce, and reinforce the annual strategy, delivering executive briefs for high-profile speaking events, and driving new leadership engagement efforts
